Forza Pipeline
The Forza Pipeline is a new natural gas pipeline that will move natural gas from Lea County, New Mexico to the Waha Hub in Pecos County, Texas

Forza Pipeline Project Overview
Forza was established to construct and operate a residue gas pipeline that is designed to meet the needs of growing natural gas production in the Delaware Basin of southeastern New Mexico by providing transportation of residue gas from New Mexico to natural gas markets in Texas. Forza will connect new and existing gas processing facilities in the Delaware Basin to intrastate and interstate natural gas pipelines at or near the Waha Hub in Pecos County, Texas, as well as interconnected pipelines in Winkler County, Texas.
Forza consists of approximately 36 miles of 36-inch diameter natural gas pipeline originating at the interconnection of the residue outlet lines from the Targa Northern Delaware Red Hills Plant and planned Copperhead Plant in Lea County, New Mexico (“Desert Ram Junction”) to Wildcat Junction in Winkler County, Texas, and 43 miles of leased capacity on the Bull Run Pipeline’s 42-inch diameter extension between Wildcat Junction and the Waha Hub. Forza has a design capacity of 750,000 Dth/day, which will increase the supply of natural gas from the Delaware Basin to critical industry and utilities in Texas as well as to the growing LNG market.
Forza has applied to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a certificate of public necessity and convenience under Section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act. Pending receipt of all regulatory approvals, Forza expects to begin construction in mid-2027, and to commence operations in early 2028. Updates to this schedule and additional information about Forza’s plans will be posted here as the project moves forward.
