Analyst Development Program

Targa's Analyst Development Program (ADP) offers entry level opportunities in various functional areas over a three-year period. Each Analyst will participate in rotational assignments to gain experience and broaden his/her skills and interests while contributing to multiple groups within Targa. An Analyst will be given assignments 1n core business functions where he/she assumes the responsibil1t1es of a typical full-time employee. Each assignment will last approximately 12 months.

Program Oversight

The Analyst Development Program is managed by a small team comprised of senior leaders in the organization. Line Managers will serve as the direct supervisor to the Analyst during each one of his/her assignments. Line Managers, in partnership with the leadership team and Human Resources, will provide training, guidance and continuous feedback during the course of the Analyst's assignment.
