Thomas Mathiasmeier
Thomas Mathiasmeier has served as a director of the Company since July 2026. Mr. Mathiasmeier most recently served as President, Global Gas, Power & Emerging Markets at ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) before retiring in June 2026. Over the course of his career, he held leadership roles across natural gas marketing and trading, LNG, power, origination, midstream and international commercial operations. Mr. Mathiasmeier has also served on the board of directors of the Southern Gas Association and the Natural Gas Supply Association. Mr. Mathiasmeier’s energy industry and public company executive experience provides the Board with added expertise and perspective in business and commercial operations, risk management and strategic planning.
