We have scheduled a Special Meeting for Unitholders of Targa Resources Partners on February 12, 2016 at 8:00 a.m., local time at Wells Fargo Plaza, 1000 Louisiana Street, Houston, TX 77002. On November 3, 2015, Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) announced an agreement to acquire all of the outstanding common units of Targa Resources Partners LP (NYSE: NGLS) not already owned by TRGP. The Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of the general partner of TRP and the Board of Directors of the General Partner of TRP unanimously approved the merger agreement and recommend that NGLS unitholders vote FOR the proposed transaction with TRGP.
